Dr. Stephen Barnhart

A recognized Educator, Author, and Consultant, Dr. Stephen Barnhart currently employs his talents as President and CEO of IBEC, International Business & Educational Consultants, Inc. in Delaware. IBEC connects professional Associate Partners from around the globe, serving a widely diversified range of clients from universities and major fortune 500 companies to churches and ministry organizations, as well as small businesses and start-up companies. From China, Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States, IBEC presents and assists in the implementation of innovative solutions for educational and business clients. Dr. Stephen Barnhart attended the International University of Panama, where he majored in higher education administration and earned his Doctor of Education. A magna cum laude student at the University, Dr. Stephen Barnhart assumed the role of Associate Professor after he graduated. Dr. Barnhart’s book, International Terrorism and Political Violence, can be found in most major university libraries Worldwide, including Harvard, Yale, and Princeton. Committed to employing his gifts for social good, Dr. Stephen Barnhart supports a number of charities. Favorites of his include The Humane Society of the United States, which stands as the country's largest and most effective animal protection organization; the United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO), which aids the brave men and women of the Armed Forces; and the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), a 1.2-million-member strong group that works to help our country’s disabled veterans and their families build better lives. Dr. Stephen Barnhart retains membership in many professional organizations, remaining current on events happening in his industry. He belongs to the Institute of leadership and Management (ILM), a UK organization that partners with more than 2,000 companies that provide private training, higher education, and in-house management instruction in order to provide flexible programs to its customers. Dr. Stephen Barnhart also contributes to his community and has earned the President's Volunteer Service Award, an initiative of the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation in conjunction with the Corporation for National and Community Service.
