From Santa Barbara California. Calling Europe home since 1985. First in Sweden and the remaining decades in the CEE, mostly via Hungary, Czech Republic, Ukraine and now Singapore as both an investor and consultant. Primary interests are Real Estate Development, IT, Direct Marketing, Media, Government Relations, alternative energy, commodities trading and telecom. Highlights are: - FM Radio stations in Hungary (Budapest City) and the Czech Republic (Nationwide). - Greenfield start-up to one of the largest network marketing companies in Hungary rivaling internationals, with our own manufacturing facility with distribution via 23 warehouses. Products being on the health side: ie vitamins, water filtration devices, woolen bedding, air cleaners, bio-enzymes, ladies cremes. - Created the largest Gaming equipment provider in West Hungary, supplying slot machines, flipper games and pool tables to 100 locations. - From Business Plan to company sale to a major international telecom company, I was the MD and Founder, building the largest ISP in Hungary with over 400K subscribers. - Real Estate investing and advisory services in the CEE, with large transactions in Hungary, Romania and Ukraine, mainly for the creation of large shopping centers. - Via our offices in Florida and Budapest, imported and sold in the region, including Turkey and the Baltics specialty fuel additives for cars, military vehicles and buses. - Founding Partner in an Advisory company in Serbia in a wide variety of sectors including, Real Estate, mining, alternative energy and other areas. - Presently, providing financial and real estate advisory services, lobbying activity, residence programs and trading in Singapore and Bali. - My secondary interests are based on my background as a Doctor of Chiropractic and politics. After graduating in LA in 1985, I moved to Sweden with practices in Orebro and Stockholm. Later in Hungary I had 3 clinics; in Budapest, Komarom and Sopron. I was Chairman in both Hungary and Sweden of the International Chiropractors Association and the Hungarian Chiropractic Foundation. Politically: Chairman of the US Republicans Abroad in Sweden from 1987-89, in Hungary from 1989-99 and Serbia from 2012-13. Depending on the capacity, I have worked directly with US Presidents Ronald Reagan, George W, Bush and with President General Mohammed Zia ul Haq of Pakistan.
