Sydney Radding, MD FACS

Consultant and Doctor in Maryland

I am an acute care surgeon specializing in trauma surgery, surgical critical care, and emergency general surgery. My clinical work focuses on high-acuity patient care, rapid decision-making, and managing complex surgical conditions in both academic and resource-limited environments.

I completed advanced fellowship training at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center and have been recognized for award-winning research through the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST). I am also a published contributor to peer-reviewed medical literature indexed in PubMed.

In addition to my clinical work, I am the Founder and Medical Director of HappieToHelp LLC, a physician-led patient advocacy initiative focused on improving communication and clarity for patients and families during critical healthcare situations.
