Gilbert Tresley MD

I am a native Chicagoan who was raised in the city and attended public schools. It came as no surprise to me that I wanted to be a physician, as I come from a medical family. I was thrilled to be accepted as a member of Northwestern University's Honors Program in Medical Education. This is an accelerated program, and I received a baccalaureate/medical degree in only six years. Upon completion of a three year general surgery residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, I was accepted in that Hospital's plastic surgery residency, one of the most highly regarded programs in the nation. I completed my three-year plastic surgery residency there.
