Dr. Thomas Schopler

Providing patients with a high level of care, Dr. Thomas A. Schopler has devoted his career to developing a dental practice that combines science, technology, and art. Owned by Dr. Thomas Schopler, Atlantic Florida Dental is a full-service dental clinic that has offered the residents of Dania Beach affordable and skilled dental care for more than 40 years. At Atlantic Florida Dental, Dr. Schopler and his staff are committed to creating a positive experience, bringing personalized care to every patient.

Highly trained, Dr. Thomas Schopler is an expert in the field of Dental Implantology and is also a researcher in the field, presenting lectures in the United States and internationally. Dr. Schopler holds a DDS from the University Of Maryland School of Dentistry, and attended Loyola University in New Orleans and Florida State University in Tallahassee. His extensive advanced training throughout the years took place at schools including Harvard University, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the Misch Implant Institute at University of Pittsburgh; his international training occurred in Germany, Monaco, Switzerland, Sweden, and France.

Receiving Lifetime Achievement Awards from the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Florida Dental Association (FDA), Dr. Schopler is a lifetime member of both organizations. Dr. Thomas Schopler also is a member of American Board of Oral Implantology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Society of Osseointegration, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Implant Association.

Dr. Schopler served as Florida Team Dentist for the Indianapolis Colts during the 2010 Super Bowl, which took place in Miami.
