Dr. A.J. Vashi

South Pasadena dentist, Dr. Vashi graduated from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley and earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Vashi is the President of the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society. He serves on their Board of Directors, and became President in December, 2011. He has served on the faculty at the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry.

Dr. Vashi is active in the community and has organized free dental screenings for children in low income neighborhoods as part of the Give Kids A Smile program. He has also facilitated lectures for recent dental school graduates.
