Dr. Vivek Cheba is a Certified Orthodontic Specialist and Diamond Invisalign Provider. He provides orthodontic treatment, including invisalign and traditional braces, for children, teens, and adults.

Vivek first started thinking about a career as a dentist at an early age, inspired in part by his family dentist.

Upon completion of his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry, Vivek purchased a practice in Red Deer, Alberta, and eventually grew it to become one of the largest orthodontic practices in Canada.

Vivek provides an array of treatment options to his patients, specializing in invisalign and traditional braces, growth modification, surgical and TMD orthodontics, and airway orthodontics for both children and adults. He treats about 1,000 patients on an annual basis.

Dr. Vivek Cheba implements digital dentistry into his practice to improve bites and create better smiles. He believes that digital dentistry only works if combined with thorough treatment plans. He also believes dental dentistry to be a key tool in the engineering and design process for healthy smiles.

Vivek’s practice was the first office in Red Deer to implement digital scanning and 3D imaging. The practice was also the first in Central Alberta to offer SureSmile, clear aligners that are used in place of traditional metal braces to align the teeth.

Outside of his career in dentistry, Dr. Vivek Cheba makes a point of being involved in the community he works and lives in. He has supported a range of organizations, including The Ronald McDonald House, Red Deer Regional Hospital, Aspire Special Needs Resource Centre, and the Child Advocacy Centre.

Dr. Vivek Cheba is a member of the Canadian Association of Orthodontics, the American Association of Orthodontics and the Alberta Dental Association.
