Greetings! Glory be to God, for he made me to be a teacher with an ecclectic interest in health and wellness for the body, soul, and spirit. He also blessed me with the ability to see the big picture and the details of a matter, sound business and holistic counseling and coaching sense, and the opportunity and the ability to successfully complete multiple degrees in higher education.

I apply what I have learned to myself. Yes, I practice what I preach, and the result is I AM HAPPY BEING ME!

My personal health and wellness interests include making my own lotion, body care, and house cleaning products, cooking from scratch, and naturopathic remedies. I use Tai Chi, Healing Codes, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Subconscious Restructuring to improve my quality of life.

Some of my other interests include Christian arts & entertainment, solar power, hospice care, advocating for autism and spinal cord injury services, and using my project management skills for event and small business success. My philanthropic interest is to help others launch faith-based and non-faith-based social venture enterprises.

I have earned a doctorate in applied management and decision sciences and biblical interpretation, a master's in counseling psychology, and a baccalaureate in business management and marketing. I am a certified crisis intervention chaplain and wellness coach.
