Dr. Will was given an opportunity to transform his life, by way of the United States Army. Growing up in Compton, California, he found himself on the wrong side of the law. After several run in with the law, the Judge gave him a chance to join the Army. Once in the Army, he was surrounded by some great mentors. Learning new principles and standards to live by, Dr. Will excelled in the Army. Quickly rising up the ranks, he found himself as a leader by the age of 22. Wanting to be his best, he fell in love with the study of leadership and life style improvement. Dedicating himself to diligent study, he became a student of leadership and life.
