I am a lawyer working as General Counsel at Merchant Warehouse, a leading payments processing and solutions company, located in Boston, Mass. I spent years helping startups and other companies navigate business law and strategy and wrote about some of it at The Business Law Blog. I have also presented on various business law topics to other lawyers, clients, and students at MIT Sloan, the University of Colorado, and Merrimack College.
