I participated in the evaluation of various activities and implemented various projects, systems and procedures, participated in the preparation of plans, projects (IT, marketing, branding, etc.), evaluation of goals and optimization of processes; I oversaw compliance with regulations, processes and standards.
With my role of a Chief State Advisor (2019-2021) I was responsible for ensuring the implementation of the national project - planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluate of activities in different areas - for example:

• Strategy and state policy making, including conceptual activities including CSR strategy.
• Coordination activity - performing professional activities related to the implementation of the national project.
• Specialized activity consisting in analytical and synthetic activities, in the evaluation of results and in the preparation of documents for decision-making.
• Independent comprehensive professional activities, such as monitoring and advisory activities and others.
• Coordinate teams, develop policies, provide assurance in accordance with requirements.
• I collaborated on the creation of the content of the web site and the development of the information system,
• Methodologies and professional studies.
• Create and update training programs, learning materials and implement trainings to ensure continuous development of in-house teams.
• Design and implementation of an monitoring system.
