I have been involved in employment recruiting and executive searches since 1980. Having earned a reputation as an accomplished recruiter, Denise opened the doors of Direct Guarantee Staffing in 1998. Initially placing administrative, customer service, office support and management staff, her business grew rapidly to encompass marketing and sales, as well as mid, upper and executive management positions.
Denise is passionate about her work. She has built and continues to develop a wide network of organizational and individual contacts which she fully utilizes to the benefit of her clients. Denise always devotes attention to building and strengthening the client/candidate relationship with the goal of mutual satisfaction of all parties involved.
