Strategy and Operations in New York

I have over 10 years of experience focused on optimizing people, process, and technology to maximize organizational effectiveness, so that companies can meet changing market requirements and deliver the best value to the customer. My background has been in the investment banking, fintech and healthcare industry.

I partner with executives and senior leadership teams to set goals, develop strategy, and ensure successful execution to deliver against critical KPIs and OKRs. I am able to achieve results through influence, motivation, and change leadership.

With my experience in business strategy and technology support, I have worked hand-in-hand with Architecture & Engineering teams to define their needs and translate technology requirements into business-aligned investments. As part of the Office of the CTO, I drove division-wide transformational change including plans for legacy-to-cloud technology modernization and adoption of Agile culture and practices.

I have implemented a large-scale business restructuring that amplified an organization’s product portfolio ROI and sales enablement capabilities in order to drive revenue producing results. I executed change management activities for the transition to provide teams with the training, tools, and support needed to carry out new practices.

I work with leaders to determine the right metrics for their business and provide the analytical support for decision making with a data-driven approach. I have developed framework for information centralization and sensing and responding, in order to drive quick decisions and react to changes in metrics.

I mobilize cross-functional teams in order to address and solve for organizational challenges at scale. I have ambitious goals and like to find the most innovative solutions, while also being sensible in understanding what works to get things done.
