After years of exprience in Organizational Development, I managed to start my own company with partners. We at MobiAiD plan to do things right and set a model of how organizations succeed and how employees are managed to give their best!
I acquired both my bachelor and masters degrees in computer science from the American University in Cairo. I started my career as a software developer and then gradually earned my way up the hierarchy until I reached the position of Organization Development Manager. Throughout my career I managed several projects to success and was able to tackle and resolve several issues. Currently I am studying to earn an MBA from the University of Wales.
