My name is Desadel Sheik aged 19.currently I am a food and beverage management student at the university of Johannesburg.My goal is to have a career in the hospitality industry as a food and beverage manager . My inspiration in the field of gastronomy comes from the vast and ever changing creations developed by world famous chefs and other food technicians. My favorite quote that keeps me motivated is "As a man thinketh, in his heart, so is he- Proverbs 23:7" . This Proverb helps me keep a positive mindset and keeps me determined. In 2013 and 2014 I attended cooking classes with Chef Leslie Jacobs (one of the chefs at the school FBI), where I learnt tricks with pastry and and many other cooking hacks.
