Destiny D. Sirivong

Destiny Sirivong was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She had the honor of being a part of Cane Ridge High School's first graduating class and graduating Salutatorian. She now attends The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, Student Alumni Associates, VOLstars Cheerleading Organization, and Strange Fruit Dance Company. She also works as a diversity recruiter for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Sirivong's hobbies include dancing, cheering, and crafting. She believes that creativity is what sets people apart in this world. Sirivong also has a passion for mentoring children and peers. She is very honored to serve as a UT LEAD counselor this summer where she mentors incoming freshmen who are first generation college students. She is very organized and has a knack for planning events on a small and large scale. She serves as Retreat Team Chair in Alpha Kappa Psi where she plans a weekend retreat every semester for over 160 brothers. Sirivong's goals include working for luxury hotels and serving as a special events coordinator. She also wants to travel the world and experience as many cultures as she can, but her ultimate goal in life is to make her family proud and stay optimistic throughout her life.
