I stumbled into tech by accident as a lost college student. As a computer lab help-desk person I learned tech language is not accessible to many people. Providing software trainings reinforced my desire to work around this technology gap. So I started searching for technology that could be used easily and effectively. It wasn’t long before I realized the importance of equitable access to technology, without big business-reliance, lies in working with free/libre/open source software, work I contribute to with Glocal.
I enjoy applying my techie skills to simplify work processes, offering project-based solutions that can be integrated with an organization’s existing technology platforms. With Tadpole Collective my focus is in developing the WordPress back-end infrastructure to get the most out of your WordPress website. I take pride in providing individuals and organizations with the freedom to focus on their mission while leveraging all that open-source technology has to offer.
