Welcome to my site. I am learning to cook as an empty nester with a dose of health mixed in. I have been married for 39 years to my college sweetheart. We met in the Shenandoah Valley where we plan on retiring. Together we have had 3 wonderful children and lived in 11 states along with 2 exciting years in Paris, France. Although I have retired from teaching I am always eager to learn something new, thus this website. I hope you stop by often and learn something new too.
