I am the Director of Product Design at Loblaw Digital where I oversee digital design for Canada's #1 loyalty program PC Optimum.

I practice servant leadership because building a safe space for progress requires empathy, collaboration, transparency, encouragement, curiosity, and humility.

In my 20-year career, my work has spanned a variety of market verticals (fintech, healthcare, ecommerce, non-profits, HR, insurance, etc.) different team sizes (from working freelance for agencies to managing 5 person design teams to partnering with clients and their design teams) and company types (Edtech startups, saas B2BC, enterprise banking solutions, consultancies, and scale-ups)

My sweet spot is partnering with small to medium-sized businesses whose mission is to disrupt inequalities and empower marginalized communities with tools and services to thrive. I care as much about the quality of the experiences we deliver as the humans we work with day-to-day. Projects will come and go, but the relationships we build are forever.
