Hi there, I’m D Spring.

I’m a witch, energy healer, writer & I'm grateful to share my wisdom with you!

I have a lifelong sensitivity & pull into the subtle & sacred aspects of life, and have been offering energy healing, and spiritual wellness & meditation coaching in the GTA since 2000.

As someone who's struggled with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, hormonal imbalances, and periods of disability, I have a special interest in working with others who face similar challenges.

I'm also a cannabis advocate & educator, enthusiastic about “elevated” mindful movement, meditation, and ritual that can bring deeper spiritual connection and increase overall quality of life in those with chronic stress & illness.
