I am a professional in the area of psychology. My work is to help people cope and understand their mental health and wellness. Interests outside of psychology include reading, practicing mindfulness, and yoga.
I strive to show that personal growth is an essential component throughout life, and I think it is important to show this by example to my students, peers, friends, and family.
Setting up a routine to care for physical and mental health includes making time for mindfulness, spending time in nature, and practicing gratitude.
As a psychologist I am patient, understanding, and nonjudgmental. I respect that each person has unique needs and perspectives.
