David Sugden

Hi, I'm David Sugden. I live in Huddersfield.

Until 2016, and for umpteen years, I had been a self-employed e-Learning evangelist - supporting teachers, trainers and anyone who would listen - in their use of new, and emerging technologies with learners. I worked on several ground-breaking Government Funded National Initiatives, which later hit the dust along new-Government ‘funding cuts’.

I am proud of everything I did in that field, but I guess that time has now moved on with A.I. V.R. etc.

Before all that I was a chef and was eventually lucky enough to teach catering skills (for many years) to some wonderful students.

I now spend a good bit of my time in Spain, mainly walking in the hills and mountains, and generally enjoying my life. Last year (2024) the walking was a little restricted because of damage to my knee caused by a careless driver. This year (2025), I'm doing much better.
