Biography-
I am currently a freshman at North Broward Prepatory School. I have a pretty big workload from all honors and AP classes, but it is going to help me in the long run. I am the french club president and a member of student goverment, and I enjoy doing both and informing my classmates.Aside from this, my hobby is racing cars, hence the background. I have loved racing all my life, starting in the karting ranks at the age of 6. Even though I loved anything with racing, from driving to the mechanical and engineering aspect. I wasnt a big fan of karting, and my results did not show. With a small amount of practice, It was hard to be competitvie. This past year, I changed the path from karting to racing a Spec Miata in the nationwide club racing class. After a lot of learning in only my fourth time in a proper race car, I was able to pull of a win in my first real race thanks to the huge support of friends and faimly, especially my dad. I hope to keep my good work up and countinue my journey up the sports car ladder, all the way up to Le Mans.

I interpret this quote because finishing second in racing is almost worse than not finishing at all. People only care about who wins, not the first person to lose, and is a very regretful position to be in. This gives me motivation to always be the best, and never settle for no.2
