I have been a nurse in the UK for 21 years and am now working as a Children's Nurse/Health Visitor at the Children's Medical Centre Al Wasl Rd,Dubai.

I continue to work as a University lecturer one day a week teaching in the virtual world for students back in the UK.

My areas of specialism include, infant feeding, supporting parents in establishing sleep routines, maternal mental health, weaning onto solid diet and behaviour.

I offer both home visits and clinic appointments. I can see your infant soon after you arrive home from hospital and can guide you through those first few weeks of life.

Being a parent is the best job in the world but at times it's demanding and exhausting and sometimes we all need a helping hand.
