Headed by Dennis Lawrence Duban, who cofounded the firm with his sister in 1979, Duban Accountancy and its associated Sattler Duban Capital Management, LLC, are currently headed by Dennis Duban and Troy Sattler. Dennis Duban serves as a cofounder of Sattler Duban Capital Management and Troy Sattler holds the position of financial advisor with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., offering comprehensive financial planning services to Duban Accountancy clientele. In addition, Duban Accountancy provides clients with expertise in planning for and preparing income tax returns, audits and examinations, retirement and estate planning, business management, and payroll. Dennis Duban brings to Duban Accountancy more than 30 years’ experience and a reputation for outstanding customer service. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Dennis Duban received a Forbes Gold Medal for earning the highest score on the May 1973 Uniform CPA Examination. Mr. Duban holds CPA licensure in California, Hawaii, New York, and Washington, while Troy Sattler maintains licensure in California, Illinois, and Ohio.
