I am a licensed Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychologist with broad experience in assessment and selection. I am passionate about designing, validating, and implementing innovative hiring instruments employers can easily use to make better hiring and promotional decisions including Computerized Adaptive Tests (CAT's), 360-feedback surveys, and high fidelity simulations. I have extensive experience in data management, data analysis, Item Response Theory (IRT), and CAT simulations. I have worked on several projects involving legal issues in the workplace including wage and hour, pay disparity, and discriminatory hiring. I have experience consulting with a variety of businesses from startups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of business sectors including oil and gas, education, technology, consumer goods, financial, healthcare, railway, and government. Aside from consulting, I've enjoyed teaching classes at the undergraduate and graduate level in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, and Organizational Behavior.
