for so long I've prayed and I don't think I really believed, believed with all of my heart that any one was listening. for the first time when my physical health doesn't seem like it could get much worse, my mental health couldn't be any clearer. I feel like I am being pushed with two hands right in the middle of my back, pushing me off of a spiritual cliff and I know that god will help me soar to heights that I could never imagine. I know my family is about to learn how to love in a more compassionate way, a way that we couldn't have dreamt. I am so ready, how about you? Are you ready to do something very special? Are you ready to make this world a better place to live? I challenge you to do one act of random kindness everyday, it may be something big it may be something small, lets make a differenc
