Greg Stephens, Ph.D.

Prescott, Arizona

My practice focuses on personal growth and life skills. Approaches used reflect inspirations from a variety of disciplines: Breathwork, Mindfulness, Mentoring, Conflict Resolution, Anger & Grief Awareness, Experiential Education, Communication Skills, Philosophical Midwifery, Spiritual Direction, Creativity and the Arts.
There will be no attempt to psychologically diagnose, treat, fix, heal, or change you. Self-Awareness will act as the guide regarding behavior, thoughts, emotions, and spirituality. My goal is to provide a safe place to talk, to make room for emotions, and to inspire clear thinking. These goals are designed to help make personal choices and decisions.
