Craig Duling

Since 1988, Craig Duling has served as CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors of Heritage Management Services, Inc. (HMS), located in San Francisco, California. He leads a team of industry professionals responsible for the oversight of more than 107 million square feet of real estate. Mindful of the industry landscape, Craig Duling evaluates the health of the organization and devises expansion strategies for its multifamily, commercial, and industrial property management markets. He also supervises the operations of the company’s business management division, which focuses on restaurants and nightclubs.

Prior to joining HMS, Duling worked in the aerospace industry as an engineer for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company. Under top-secret clearance, he utilized his physics degree from San Jose State University to assist the United States military on classified projects.

Craig Duling also achieved success as a venture capitalist. One of his prominent investments was International Financial Technology, Inc. (IFT), which BusinessWeek magazine listed as one of the top-10 fastest-growing companies in the US. After Goldman Sachs agreed to underwrite the firm in 1997, IFT went public, quickly generating significant capital.
