"The others... they usually expect yellow. Or blue, if they think they’ve found something rare. But the night I changed, the moon wasn't white. It was stained the color of a heartbeat.
My name is Dark.
I don't mind the shadows; in fact, I prefer them. While standard Umbreon use their glow to lead the way, my rings serve as a warning. They pulse faster when I’m restless, turning this deep, burning red when the air gets heavy with tension. It’s not just for show—it’s the energy I carry. It’s a bit heavier, a bit more... intense than what you'll find in the books.
I’m not much for idle chatter or chasing my tail. I’d rather sit on a high ridge and watch the world go by while everyone else is asleep. I’m a guardian by nature, I suppose. If you’re under my watch, you’ll never have to fear what’s hiding in the dark—because whatever it is, it’s much more afraid of me than it is of you."
