Duncan's passion is understanding how technology can help people. He is an avid explorer of new innovations, such as being a Quantum Ambassador for IBM, which he combines with the discipline of being a Distinguished Enterprise Architect with the Open Group and a Fellow of the British Computer Society. In his 28 year career he has worked with many major UK and Global organisations, specialising in the distribution sector.
