Hello!

Unlike so many photographers, I did not start shooting at an early age. I am relatively new to this world of photography, but I love what it's giving me. It's giving me an opportunity to "stop". Stop and enjoy what's in front of me. Stop and create an image that reflects what I'm seeing. Stop and see how beautiful the sky is. Stop and see patterns, repetition, good light, shadows - interesting things wherever I look!

My husband and I have always traveled with our family, and now that the kids are grown and have their own families, we spend time exploring on our own more often. I truly enjoy photographing landscapes while traveling, and local places always have something interesting to shoot. I love spending time photographing the family with lifestyle photo shoots, and I also love the challenge of food photography.
