Thi-Duong Nguyen

I'm currently Head of AI at Zingage, where I build Casey — an autonomous AI agent for home care coordination. Before this, I co-founded and led engineering at Endue Software, and worked on autonomous vehicles at Uber ATG.

My background is in ML research and systems, but what I'm most interested in is the coordination layer — the messy, human, operational problems that don't get glamorized but matter enormously.

Outside of work: dad of three, based in Cobble Hill. I play piano terribly (still learning), compete in local pool leagues, and read too much Kundera and Kafka. I grew up in Vietnam, spent six years in Singapore, and have been in NYC (save for a few years in SF and Pittsburgh for work) since 2011.
