Patients have begun filing lawsuits alleging that Dupixent can cause cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). In at least one case, family members have filed a Dupixent wrongful death lawsuit as well. Patients who file a Dupixent lymphoma lawsuit will need to work closely with their lawyer to collect the documentation needed to prove that Dupixent is responsible for their CTCL diagnosis. Again, scheduling a free case review is the first step in the process.
