Stéphane Duranleau, lawyer, is member of the Québec Bar since 1997 and Certified International Trade Professional since 2000. Mr. Duranleau owns a law firm (civil, commercial and corporate law). He negotiates various business contracts on behalf of his clients. Mr. Duranleau´s experience includes South-East and Far-East Asia, the NAFTA zone, and Western Europe. He performed as a Speaker for the WTC as well as several Business Centres, Trade Associations, Colleges and Universities across Canada and internationally, including China. Since 2009, the Quebec Bar has accredited Mr. Duranleau to provide more than 12 mandatory trainings for Quebec lawyers and notaries. He performed in this capacity for the Quebec Bar and trained more than 200 hundred lawyers so far. Mr. Duranleau also manages Consulimex International Inc. The Consulimex team offers international trade international trade training, business development, import-export counselling and international contract models in English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
