Durbar Square was founded by Chef Hom Nath, a culinary expert with more than 13 years of experience in Indian and Nepalese cuisine. Driven by his deep love for authentic flavours, Chef Hom brings his heritage and expertise to every dish, ensuring that each plate served is a true reflection of home-style cooking and passionate craftsmanship.
