Durham Dharma is a non-profit group committed to developing a Buddhist community in the Durham region of Ontario. We hold meetings in Whitby for individuals who wish to learn more about Buddhism and meditation practice and how the dharma can improve your life and the lives of those around you. The underlying principle of Buddhism is selflessness and developing compassion and understanding for others.
