My day to day priorities are to motivate a team of 50 to drive sales, and provide a superior customer experience. We provide a transparent working environment that encourages communication between all members of our team. My role is to remove challenges for my team, and provide the tools and standards to help us achieve our goals for the day, week, month, quarter and year.

Strengthen the brand awareness of Skynet Fido and Kinetic Wireless. I work closely with our operations manager to develop marketing strategies that complement the suite of products we offer, and drive business to our locations. We work with various forms of media like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, as well as traditional print and radio.

Develop our leadership group by providing standards that promote learning, assessing challenges, implementing solutions, and measure outcomes. Mentors that encourages dialogue, and seek to understand first before offering solutions or direction.
