I am a visual artist.

I connect through story telling, and love to make beautiful narrative art that hints at something more profound. I find mechanisms intriguing and am motivated to explore multiple disciplines that allow me to use movement to enhance the story rather than simply incorporating repetition.

I've been a working artist for more than 30 years and have always been inspired by history and historic forms of art. I admire the skill level that was needed to create those works. So in my own work I maintain a high level of craftsmanship and am obsessive about always getting better, always trying to achieve a unity between the materials and what I am trying to evoke through the piece.
