Duygu Hunerli Jitariuc

Psychologist

I am a licensed psychologist, drawn to the complexities of the mind and the ways we navigate life’s challenges.

In the early part of my professional journey, I worked as a postgraduate researcher in a multidisciplinary laboratory, assessing cognitive functions in individuals with neurodegenerative conditions, including Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and mild cognitive impairment.

Today, my clinical focus is on supporting individuals with anxiety, panic attacks, social fears, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, stress, grief, interpersonal difficulties, and/or caregiver burden.

In my practice, I primarily draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while adopting an eclectic approach that blends techniques from multiple evidence-based modalities, allowing me to adapt support to each person’s unique experience.
