I'm looking to help people with business development, or change/innovation strategy.

I have been fortunate to work with great people, managing and growing a P&L with them, from $11m to $65m, earning "U.S. Practice of the Year" twice. I have also done some culture change work around the sales process, as an internal consultant. I also serve on a charter school Board in Chicago--helping my wife "do something" about ed reform.

I am currently in Cleveland incubating my own start-up. Beta test phase. Looking for co-founder who wants to disrupt staid industry. I did a start-up many years ago...until the "dot bomb."

As you can see, my kids are awesome (so is my wife). I like to ski and stay in shape ("maintenance" vs. "improvement") and I usually need to water-down my decaf coffee.
