On April the 28, 2008 Danny and Marta were endorsed by the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention in New Orleans Louisiana at First Baptist New Orleans. For seven years they served with Hospice of Tift Area, Danny as Chaplain and Marta as a volunteer. Marta made many terminally ill people happy with her gift baskets she creates to be carried to the patients and families. Today they serve at the First Baptist Church of Nashville, Ga. Danny continues to serve with Hospice of Tift Area in an advisory as needed position and Marta continues to volunteer and create her baskets. Danny is also the Associate Pastor of First Baptist Church Nashville, Ga.
