Dwarika Mohan Mishra

1. During college career organized the massive student’s movement in Orissa State, President Student Federation of India. (Orissa)
2. Joined the Trade Union Movement in Orissa and organized the working class throughout the State and at all India level for 45 years in the sector of Coal, Energy, Transport, Housing, Fertilizer, Forest Products and the unorganized construction Sector.
3. Government nominated as Member, State Labor Advisory Board, Orissa.
4. Government nominated Member of Electricity Consultative Council.
5. Was Chairman of State Handloom Development Corporation, a P.S.U Unit.
6. Nominated as Chairman of Tribal Welfare Development Corporation.
7. Was the Chairman of Orissa State Housing Board, the largest P.S.U of the State. Successfully renovated the sick unit through dynamic stewardship.
8. A pioneer in participating in all the Mass Movement and put in prison several times for his sacrifices and political activities.
9. Established several schools in Orissa from Primary to Higher Secondary Standard and Sri Satya Sai Women’s College.
10. A veteran Writer, on Social and Political affairs and is the author of several books in Oriya language (Published) “ SRI DATTA SAI MAHIMA”, “SHRADHA SABURI & SAHANASILATA”. Contributed articles to several important English Journals.
11. Writer of Spectacular, deeply Spiritual and Philosophical Books published in National and International Level.

13. Was Chairman, Provincial Congress Committee Intellectual Cell, Orissa.
14. Recipient of the National Level “SRAMIK GOURAV” award in the year 2004.
15. Recipient of the “SAHITYA GOURAV”, “UTKAL BANDHU & UTKAL KESHARI SMARKA AWARD”, and “PRATIVA POOJA AWARD”.
16. At present the Chairman of Sri Dattatreya Sai Ashram Foundation Trust, the biggest Spiritual and Philanthropic institution of Eastern Region of our Country.
17. The Chairman of Sri Bisnu Sahasranaam Parayana Trust, Sri Jagannath Temple, Puri, Orissa.
