Dwayne Chahil is an innovator and young and upcoming leader in the real estate industry. As CEO and president, Dwayne works in tandem with his team members to expand the company's real estate investment and development portfolio in the commercial and residential space. His extensive leadership, management and real estate development & investment experience, in addition to his top-tier business education, as well as his inherent business sense are a key advantage in the success of all current and future projects.

Dwayne directs new business development and end-to-end development for Point Grey New Ventures throughout Canada. In addition to new project acquisitions, Dwayne actively oversees Point Grey New Ventures' current and new property portfolio which contains over a dozen projects. He is involved in all aspects of real estate development, from deal evaluation, analysis and pre-development planning to construction, branding, marketing, operations, sales and leasing. He has a strong general management background with over 20 years of experience in leading, managing diverse cross-functional teams and successfully managing and founding five business enterprises (non-profit and for-profit).

Dwayne received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and International Business from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. In addition, he has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance, Marketing, Strategy and Real Estate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
