Dwayne Jones San Francisco

Dwayne Jones is the founder of Urban Equity, LLC, in San Francisco, California. As a managing partner with the young company, he is responsible for improving Urban Equity’s market position through the negotiation and closing of key business relationships. For more than 10 years, he has additionally led RDJ Enterprises in his role of president. His time with RDJ Enterprises has been highlighted by his work with the City and County of San Francisco . He has further served the city through positions with the city government such as director of the mayor’s office of community development and director of Communities of Opportunity and Sr. Advisor to the Mayor.

Dwayne Jones studied anthropology and social sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. After receiving his bachelor of arts, he spent time with the National Football League’s (NFL) Los Angeles Rams before resuming his education at Hayward, California’s Hayward State University. He graduated from the program with a master’s degree in Public Administration.
