Dwayne Nesmith

For more than 20 years, I’ve successfully led teams at ground-floor startups and dynamic enterprise software and services companies. I love to learn and know I’ll learn something valuable from everyone I meet. At the end of the day, I like working with a talented, dedicated group of people toward collective goals that make a difference.

I am CEO of consulting firm, Malcolm & Company. Through 2013 I served as Chairman of the Board at ElectricApps, a cloud computing company co-founded in 2007 with some very talented people. Before ElectricApps, I was the CEO of business process management software provider, Clear Technology and co-founder and CFO of e-business leader Viant Corporation. I also held a variety of product management and marketing positions at Oracle, Compuware and Uniface International. I started my career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

At Ole Miss, I earned a BS in Computer Science and Academic All-SEC honors as a linebacker. I also have an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

I’m active in the community, coaching my sons' sports programs and volunteering with scouts. Lisa and I continue to work with organizations providing healthy after school programs for kids.
