Dwayne Ross is an Author, Speaker and Trainer with over 23 years’ experience in training and developing youth and staff in the Human Service Industry. Dwayne conducts Staff Training for a statewide organization Maryland Works; he is working with families in the high risk, low income and foster-care disadvantaged youth and adults in his community and throughout the Nation.

He was instrumental in providing UC Berkeley's Wellness Guide project, Answers Benefiting Children Consortium. The University of Davis, University Extension has been a partner with Dwayne for 12 years. Most recently, his contracts included DC Job Developer’s Tool Box, Baltimore City Case Management Success in Customized Employment, MD Works, ICE Ministries Business Consortium, WIN Ministries Business Information Seminars, Charles County Saves Initiative and Thomas Nelson Community College where he created an in-mate pre-release program (IMPRESS) designed to help ex-offenders re-enter the community through focused employment development skills development.

He teaches at the College of Southern Maryland and is part of the Center for Training & Organizational Development at USDA He has beenon the front line of delivering services to families where his message (No More Crumbs from The Table) has been timely, positive and empowering. He has dedicated his talent to creating training workshops designed to improve the lives of Public Service Employees, Human Service Staff, Practitioners and High School Aged Youth.
