Howdy, I’m Dwight! Welcome to my homepage for the Dwight Youth Academy!
Just so you know a little about me: I’m an Operations Manager for Graybar Electric Company in Hawthorne, NY. I currently live in NYC and my job consists of working with different depts in regards to logistics, customer service, and project management. I enjoy meeting new people and working together alongside them to find a custom-service solution for our clients.
I've previously held positions as a Marketing Research Assistant for Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ, and as a Customs Compliance Associate for Benjamin Moore. However, my favorite assignment was working as a Senior Mentor for the Rutgers-TEAM UP program. This is the first REAL opportunity I had to experience consistent, planned out mentorship! I was able to see the value and impact a simple conversation could have on a younger demographic. The knowledge and information we share everyday from just talking with someone is HUGE!
