Dwight Frindt

Orange County, CA | Kirkland, WA

“What keeps individuals motivated? What gets team members focused, collaborating, and acting effectively for a common purpose? What keeps organizations productive and agile?” These questions have driven Dwight’s passion, his personal growth as a business leader and his philosophy as a trusted advisor to executives. In 1990, this inquiry proved so compelling that it inspired him to launch 2130 Partners. This executive leadership development and education firm continues to make these three questions central to its work. They are also the foundational questions that drove his approach to his new book, “Accelerate: High Leverage Leadership for Today’s World,” which he co-authored with the co-founder of 2130, his wife and business partner, Suzanne Frindt. “Accelerate” is not a theoretical book on leadership, but rather a practical resource for leaders to refer to when faced with the very real and daily challenges of managing their teams and their businesses. This book is the result of 20 years “in the trenches” with leaders helping them work through their issues and take their businesses to new levels of success and satisfaction. Dwight’s lifelong study of leadership and teamwork continues to be enriched by his role as a Group Chair for Vistage International. Dwight has received the Vistage Annual Chair Excellence Award fourteen times and has ranked in the Top 20 Chairs frequently. He was given the Master Chair award in 2007, 2009 and 2014. Also in 2009 Dwight became a Best Practice Chair and began mentoring the Chairs in the South Orange County area. In January 2010 Dwight added the role of Best Practice Chair for the Pacific Northwest. In 2011 Dwight received the Best Practice Chair of the Year Award - Western Division. In 2014 Dwight received his 20 Year Chair Award.
