I am Dwight Spencer, a creative leadership coach and co‑host of For the Love of Creatives, a community and podcast for heart‑centered creatives who are tired of surviving in isolation and ready to thrive in community. I work with creative leaders who want their work, their leadership, and their life to actually feel like them, not just look good on paper.

Before coaching creatives, I spent years in military communications and complex software implementation, leading high‑stakes projects and translating chaos into clarity for teams across the country. That background trained me to see both the big picture and the details, and to guide creative leaders through change with structure, empathy, and calm.​

Today, through For the Love of Creatives, I create spaces where solo creatives and creative leaders can exhale, be fully themselves, and find the people who actually “get it.” Whether it is through the podcast, intimate live events, or one‑on‑one coaching, my work centers on three things: creativity, community, and becoming.
